Welcome to my Fit For Life plan! I’m so happy that you are reading this and are at the start of what I know, will be a brilliant 4 weeks for both your mind and your body.
Working out has always been a massive part of life, but it’s easy to let life get in the way sometimes. As a mum of three beautiful girls and having a busy schedule, its definitely hard to find time to exercise at times.
Over the years I’ve found that working out has become increasingly more important to me for lots of different reasons. Not only does it keep me healthy, fit and feeling confident, but it also makes me happy and keeps those endorphins flowing.
